If your heart is set on Miami University thereMar 08 2006Business - Management and Administration
If your heart is set on Miami University there are a few ways to get there.

First, you can apply for regular admission, but you want to be one of the first to submit you application as your application will be looked at several times. A strong college preparatory High School career is a must. With a strong GPA, I would say no lower than a 2.5. If you are not accepted do not fret.

Second, Miami University has two satellite campuses located in Middletown and Hamilton, Ohio. These campuses have open enrollment. After completing 32 credit hours with a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or better you can transfer to the Oxford campus.

Third, you can attend a local community college to prove your academic worth, but be sure to contact Miami University beforehand to make sure that your credits will transfer. A school that is on semesters works out best.

If you think you want to go here don't. All I have to say is that Greg Cross goes here and he is a hellraiser! You will be lucky to stay alive if you go here with him.
To get into miami i worked hard in highDec 04 2005Physical Therapy/Exercise Science
To get into miami i worked hard in high school and studied a little for the SAT. i also participated in two varsity sports for all four years, and served as captain for both. As well as doing general community service. Miami likes its students to be well rounded. My ACTs were a little below average as well as my SATs but the extra stuff made up for it. Just try to be balanced
